Tuna pasta salad Recipe

Essential ingredients

  • Red bell peppers chopped

    40 g (¼ cup)

  • Gluten-free pasta

    75 g

  • Olives

    24 g (8 pieces)

  • Canned tuna (in its own juice)

    50 g (0.3 cup)

  • Pine nuts

    8 g (2 tsp)

  • Lemon juice

    5 g (1 tsp)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Get a pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook until tender, or as the package label guides.

    Whisk oil, pine nuts and juice, and a pinch of salt.

    Drain pasta. Add to the bowl with dressing.

    Add cut red pepper, tuna, and parsley. Toss well.

    Let cool to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper, and serve!
