    250 g (1 cup)

  • Soy sauce

    60 g (12 tsp)

  • Honey

    20 g (2 tsp)

  • Green onions

  • Buckwheat noodles (soba)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Bring the water to a boil and add soba noodles.

    Cook noodles for 2-3 minutes. Strain the water and put the noodles into the bowl.

    While they are cooling, prepare the sauce. Combine chicken stock, soy sauce, chopped green onions, sesame seeds and honey. Serve the sauce in a deep bowl to make it easier to dip the noodles.
