This smoothie is a perfect combination of macronutrients that can replace a whole meal. Peanut butter is a great source of healthy fat and protein, banana provides you with carbs, and protein powder balances the drink. Unbelievable, but this smoothie can give you as much protein as a regular-sized meat dish. That's why it is so satiating but still so easy to prepare.
Almond milk
500 g (2 cup)
Frozen banana, in chunks
140 g (1 cup)
Vanilla protein powder
35 g (1.7 tbsp)
Cinnamon
5 g (1 tsp)
