500 g (4½ cup)
Mushrooms
140 g (2 cup)
Garlic clove
2 g (2 pieces)
Coconut flour
10 g (2 tsp)
Plant-based milk
125 g (½ cup)
Onions chopped
80 g (½ cup)
Vegetable broth
120 g (½ cup)
Olive oil
10 g (2 tsp)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

At the same time, boil water in a big pot. Add the beans and cook for 5 minutes. Take them out and put in cold water.

Use a frying pan or an oven skillet to prepare the sauce. Pour some olive oil and add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Keep stirring on low heat till the onion is golden brown.

Add mushrooms and slightly increase the heat. Cook for 5 more minutes. Make sure that the water from the mushrooms has evaporated.

Stir in the flour using a whisk. Continue with gradually pouring vegetable broth and whisking the sauce.

Add almond milk, mix the sauce, and reduce the heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Put the beans into the pan. Sprinkle with nut crusts. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.

Add some grated vegan cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes more.
