Mariia Roza has been interested in wellness, longevity, and weight loss practices since 2005 and has participated in multiple training sessions dedicated to health and well-being. She is a food enthusiast, curious about healthy eating. Mariia is also a sports amateur, doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav-Maga, and endurance running in her free time. She is a participant and winner of several national championships in BJJ and a repeat half-marathon finisher.
